2306 Ward Street is a working studio, perched above the arboretum in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. It serves as home base to a small community of professional artists and designers:

Our Studio is located one block north of the intersection of 23rd Ave E & E Aloha.
Most of the businesses face 23rd Ave. Our door faces Ward street on the south side of the building.
Parking on nearby neighborhood streets is plentiful. Cross 23rd Ave E with care, using the crosswalk at E Aloha.
DO NOT PARK IN THE GRAVEL LOT to the north of our building.
It does not belong to us, and causes upset.
